Your donations to the League of Friends, Princess Royal Hospital, will help to provide much needed funds for essential equipment and projects, helping to support patients and staff
In support of Princess Royal Hospital's community of patients
Established in 1956, League of Friends, a registered charity first supported the Cuckfield Hospital, later transferring to the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath in 1991.
League of Friends has been a consistent support of Royal Princess Hospital, for the continued well-being of those in our community.
Fundraising with events, donations and our much loved coffee shop (highly rated cakes!), we strive to keep our community’s hospital up-to-date with improved accommodation, 21st century equipment, improved care and better outcomes for patients.
All funds raised go straight back into your hospital
The money raised from all activities is spent on the hospital, ranging from new equipment and associated staff training, improvements and refurbishments.
These contributions have direct impact on the service provided to people in our surrounding community, including reduced waiting times, improved standard of care and a kinder environment in which to feel better.
We need your help
League of Friend’s charity has established a number of ways to raise funds.
From enjoying our cafe, based in Princess Royal Hospital to attending the events we run throughout the year, there are many ways to contribute.
We are also grateful to receive donations directly, should you wish to do so.
Coffee Shop
Our popular coffee shop opened in 2005 in its present location and is our primary fundraiser throughout the year.

Fundraising Events
We run community events and meet ups throughout the year that, not only, provide much needed fun and refreshments to our community, but also directly raise funds for cause.

Legacy donations can also be arranged, should you feel this is something you wish to do.
Volunteer
We’re grateful to anyone who can volunteer their time to League of Friends.
